Billy and Jack's failsafe Yorkshire puddings

Ingredients

Serves four

  • 12 tbsp U:Me Vegetable & Olive Oil Blend
  • 140g plain flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 300ml whole milk

Allergens: gluten, dairy and egg

Method

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the batter into a jug, and leave at room temperature for at least 2 hours to rest.

Preheat the oven to 230c degrees.

Using a 12 muffin tin drizzle a tbsp of U:Me Vegetable & Olive Oil Blend into each muffin hole and place in the oven for 5 minutes.

Carefully and evenly pour the batter into the holes, shut the oven door and leave for 15 - 20 minutes until the puddings have risen and are golden brown.
