Dice the firm tofu into equal chunks - coat the tofu in the spice shot
Dust the coated tofu in the flour
Shallow fry the tofu in a large non stick pan using half the sesame oil - cook for five minutes, moving regluarily until coloured on all sides
Heat the other half of the oil in a large non stick pan - fry the spring onions & pak choi until softened
Add in soy sauce and half a lime juiced - cook for a further minute
