To garnish: fresh coriander
Rub the king prawns in the spice shot - marinate for a few hours
Slide the prawns onto a skewer and place on a non-stick baking tray
Cook the prawns in a preheated oven at 175c fan for 10 minutes
In a large bowl mix the onion, pepper, carrot, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, fish sauce, chopped red chilli & coriander
Serve the pranws and slaw on a plate and garnish with fresh coriander
