Japanese pork belly


Serves 4

  • 700g pork belly
  • 80g spice shot
  • 8g crispy onions
  • 50g sliced spring onions

Serve with long grain rice & sweet chilli dip


Marinate pork belly in the spice shot overnight.

Place pork belly in a large deep roasting tray.

Roast in a preheated oven @ 160c fan for 45 minutes then increase temperature to 200c fan for a further 15 minutes

Garnish the pork with fried crispy onions & fresh sliced spring onions
