Japanese Veg Stir Fry

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 45g sliced red peppers
  • 45g sliced yellow peppers
  • 40g 20mm sliced spring onions
  • 60g of asparagus spears
  • 160g thick egg noodles
  • 20g spice shot

Garnish: fresh coriander and chilli flakes

Method

Mix together peppers, spring onions & asparagus spears with the spice shot.

Add the veg mix to a large non-stick frying pan on a medium/high heat.

Fry for 5 minutes until the veg is soft.

Add in egg noodles and cook until warmed through.

Serve in a bowl and garnish with fresh coriander & chilli flakes.
