Kansas king prawns


Serves 2

  • 225g raw king prawns
  • 35g spice shot
  • 100g sliced fennel
  • 160g apple matchsticks
  • 7g cold-pressed rapeseed oil
  • 0.5g salt
  • 2g chopped dill
  • 4g lime zest

To garnish: lime wedge


Marinate the king prawns with the spiceshot for a couple of hours

Slide the prawns onto a skewer and place onto a non-stick baking tray - roast in a preheated oven at 175c fan for ten minutes

Mix in a bowl the fennel, apple, rapeseed oil, salt, dill & lime zest

Serve prawn kebabs with fresh zesty slaw and garnish with lime wedge
