To garnish: lime wedge
Marinate the king prawns with the spiceshot for a couple of hours
Slide the prawns onto a skewer and place onto a non-stick baking tray - roast in a preheated oven at 175c fan for ten minutes
Mix in a bowl the fennel, apple, rapeseed oil, salt, dill & lime zest
Serve prawn kebabs with fresh zesty slaw and garnish with lime wedge
