serve with: baba ganoush, pickled vegetables, houmous dip, flatbreads
pan fry & oven bake
Blend in a food processor - chickpeas, spice shot, fresh coriander, mint, sesame oil, lemon juice, chilli & gram flour
Roll the mix into roughly 40g balls
Pan fry in sesame oil until the balls have some colour on them
Place balls out of the pan and onto a non stick baking tray
Place baking tray into a preheated oven at 180c fan for ten minutes
Serve with baba ganoush, pickled vegetables, houmous & flatbreads
