Lebanese kebabs


Serves 2

  • 300g lamb leg meat 25mm diced chunks
  • 40g spice shot
  • 120g red peppers 25mm dice
  • 120g yellow peppers 25mm dice
  • 120g white onion 25mm dice

To serve: charred lemons fresh mint

roast @ 180c fan for 30 minutes


Marinate the diced lamb in the spice shot and leave overnight

Slide the diced lamb, peppers & onions onto skewers

Place skewers onto a non-stick baking tray in a preheated oven at 180c fan for 30 minutes, turning halfway
